The College of International Education is one branch of the Wenzhou University System with the main objectives of international cooperation; communication; introducing advanced educational resources abroad; developing educational programs based on the needs of economic and social development in Wenzhou; and practical conditions of the university; research and development of educational programs; education of foreign students; building and management of educational fields for students preparing to study abroad; the major of Business Administration ( Aviation Management ); the overseas base of teaching Chinese as foreign language.

A series of courses are designed for overseas students: Chinese Training courses, Asian Study Program, and Trade-research and Study-tour, etc. Wenzhou University, the acceptance of Confucius Scholarship and Zhejiang Government Scholarship, especially set the Scholarship of Wenzhou University to welcome the international student study in Wenzhou University.
