The Nature Index of Wenzhou University ranks 4th in Zhejiang Province Chemistry ranks 64th nationwide
The latest Nature Index rankings (from December 1st,2019.12.1 to November 30th, 2020) shows that Wenzhou University ranks 4th among universities in Zhejiang Province and 81st among universities in the mainland, an increase by 10 places compared with the previous year.
Nature Index is an important indicator for evaluating the output of high-level academic achievements of universities and scientific research institutions, and has an important influence on a global scale. In recent years, Wenzhou University's research capability has continued to increase, and various indicators of Natural Index are on the rise. From December 1st, 2019 to November 30th, 2020. the weighted score of Wenzhou University reached 30.36, fully demonstrating the strong strength and huge potential of Wenzhou University in scientific research.
The score of articles about chemistry in this statistical cycle is 27.33 (24.08 in the previous cycle), and the national ranking increased by 7 places, reaching 64th in the country, and 214th in the world, an increase of 17 places. Chemistry is one of the advantageous disciplines in Wenzhou University. In recent years, the discipline has been rated as provincial top discipline and first-class discipline. Its ESI ranking has been ranked among the top 1% in the world for 7 consecutive years, and it has continuously ranked top 100 in the world-class discipline by Academic Ranking of World Universities.
