At the beginning of the fruitful season of September, as we welcome new students of grade 2021, our campus is filled with a strong welcoming atmosphere. Over 7,000 students from all over the country with their youth dreams gather in Wenzhou University, where they set sail and embark on a new journey of life. 

Welcome points are set at the bullet train station, airport, and bus station, where shuttle buses are busy transporting students to the campus, where warm guidance and help can be easily found; on campus, volunteers and teachers are there to help freshmen carry luggage, guide routes, go through formalities and maintain order; at the registration point, freshmen can go through the admission procedures quickly and conveniently. On the first day of enrollment, freshmen feel the professional charisma by trying on “robe” and “lawyer robe”; students can challenge “mathematician” on the spot and experiencing the true meaning of science; opening surprise box, joining hands with excellent postgraduates to open a new chapter in exploring the truth; inspire the future with One Plan, set goals according to “Five-Dimension Education”, start a new voyage of learning.

Wenzhou News, Tiktok, and WeChat Channels have broadcast live our school’s activities to welcome freshmen and the broadcast is viewed by nearly 120,000 people on line. It is reported that there are 7,211 freshmen in the grade of 2021, including 1,515 postgraduates, 4,734 undergraduates, 861 junior college students, 18 second-degree students, 2 Taiwan exam-free students and 81 international students. The college of continuing education has 680 students. As arranged by the university, the concentrated admission education for undergraduate freshmen is from 8 to 9 of September, while the formal classes begin on September 10; the concentrated admission education for postgraduate freshmen is from September 7 to 14, and the formal classes start on September 15.
