Intro to the lecture:
Disassembly is the primary link in the reuse, remanufacturing and recycling of waste products. To adapt to the large-scale disassembly and production of enterprises, disassembly lines have emerged. For the disassembly and production of waste products with increasingly large quantities and complex types and specifications, the production layout of the traditional linear disassembly line has been difficult to meet the actual disassembly production needs, and there is an urgent need to design a more efficient disassembly line. Parallel production lines carry out unified workstation allocation for the production tasks of two or even multiple production lines at the same time. Compared with the traditional linear disassembly line, the parallel production line has advantages in reducing waste of production resources, reducing the idle time of each workstation, reducing the number of open workstations and operating workers, and improving production efficiency. In addition, parallel production lines can also improve the flexibility of the production line, thereby improving product quality. In view of the many advantages of the parallel production line, the layout of the parallel production line is introduced into the disassembly production of waste products, and a parallel disassembly line that can disassemble multiple products simultaneously is designed to improve the production efficiency, environmental protection and resource reuse of the disassembly line. This lecture will introduce the parallel disassembly line suitable for the simultaneous disassembly of mixed products based on the on-site research and design of disassembly enterprises, and the construction of the parallel disassembly line balance model.
